E-liquid FAQ

Halo’s most popular tobacco flavour is Tribeca. There most popular menthol flavour is mystic.

Halo use U.S.P – grade propylene glycol and U.S.P – grade glycerin, blended with U.S.P grade natural and artificial flavoring.

No. Halo E-Liquid should always be kept at room temperature for maximum flavour. If left in a cold area for a period of time (eg/ left in your doorstep during the winter months) the flavourings tend to separate. If this happens, allow the E Liquid to sit for 24 to 48 hours, to give the ingredients time to blend back together for optimal flavour output.

Halo do not share their ratio’s. So other competitors are not privy to this information.

There is no diacetyl in any of Halo E liquid formulas. Halo only uses the safest and purest ingredients for their customers satisfaction.

G6 E-Cigarette FAQ

A red light means that your battery is charging. When fully charged you will see a solid blue light.

You may find when you charge your battery the USB light may be purple or red, or flicker between the 2 colours. Don’t worry, this is normal. Once the light is solid blue, your battery is fully charged and ready to use.

The LED Tip is for aesthetic looks, and may or may not light up when charging. When your battery is fully charged and you use your e-cigarette, the LED Tip will light up.

No, your G.6 battery can only be charged using your G.6 USB adapter. If you attempt this or any 3rd party charger you can cause irreparable damage to your battery.

Once the coil burns out in the G.6 mini tank it cannot be replaced.

Your G.6 mini tank will hold 9ml of E-liquid.

It will take 2-3 hrs via your G.6 wall charger. When charging from a USB port on a computer, charge time may be slightly longer.

No, you will need to replace the mini tank when the coil burns out.

It may be you do not have enough E liquid in your polyphil, try putting more E liquid into your cartomizer to see if that fixes the problem. If the problem persists it means it is time to replace your cartomizer.

Yes they can be refilled and it’s very cost effective. Can be filled numerous times. It’s very simple to refill the G6 cartomizer. Firstly take the rubber cap off, using your G6 tweezers. Make sure you can see the polyphil and put 20 drops of your favourite E liquid inside the polyphil avoiding the centre hole otherwise the E liquid will leak out of the bottom of the cartomizer onto the battery. Put the plastic cap on top of the cartomizer and let it stand for 30 minutes so that the E liquid has time to absorb. If you have any excess we recommend using a paper towel to clean this up. Also make sure the threaded connection is fully dry. Do not overfill your cartomizer. As this will burn out your battery and may cause overall damage.

Halo cannot guarantee that 3rd party items will be compatible with the G.6 battery.

The easiest way to explain what an automatic battery is, it is similar to smoking a normal cigarette.  The automatic batteries activated by air flow. So all you need to do is inhale. Manual batteries work quite differently. To activate the manual battery, you will find a small button on the unit itself. The button needs to be pressed to begin working. When you release the button, it will not work as the unit switches off. The manual battery gives you more control. It is a popular choice for more experienced uses of electronic cigarettes, but it is a personal choice.

Depending on your vaping habits, 2weeks.

No, it is simple and much more economical than smoking. First remove the rubber cap from the back of the G.6 cartomizer. Halo’s curved tweezers are perfect for this. Once you remove the cap stand the cartomizer up. You will see the threading and sponge like foam. Add 20 drops onto the white polyfill (sponge like) inside. Avoid the centre of the polyfill, as if E-liquid gets in, it will drip out the other end. It will take about 30 mins for the liquid to be absorbed into the cartomizer. If any liquid has leaked out of the other end, clean up with paper towel. It is important to make sure the thread connector is dry. Do not overfill you cartomizer, this could harm you battery.

When the taste is not as strong (marked decrease) and you notice the vapor too low to no vapor.

When you replace your first cartomizer, you will see how simple it is to do. To remove the used cartomizer, just unscrew from the G.6 battery. Do this by twisting anti clock wise, Then reattach your new cartomizer, making sure the threaded end of the cartomizer is on top of the battery. This is the opposite end of your LED light.

On the side of your battery there is a small button. Click the button quickly 5 times. When the backlight blinks three times, you will have successfully turned on your Triton E cigarette.

This may be an issue with the connection between your tank and battery. When I refill my E liquid, I sometimes knock the coil which makes it too loose and must be tightened. Always remember your coil cannot be too loose or too tight. Once you have checked this try vaping again. Thirdly it may be your coil has burnt out and needs to be replaced.

With the Triton battery when first connected it will blink. Whilst charging the light will turn off.

Tracer FAQS

There is a small firing button on your tracer battery, quickly click this 5 times, the buttons light will then blink 5 times which means you have successfully turned on your tracer.

Absolutely. It will save your battery being drained of its power. It’s always a good idea to turn off your tracer battery when not in use. The size makes it easy to store, in your purse or pocket.
Where do you recommend I store my Tracer battery?
In a safe place, out of reach of children and pets. Keep it in a dry environment and if it is a hot day keep out of the heat as this could cause damage to your battery.

It is always best to store your tracer battery in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children. High temperatures could cause irreversible damage to your Tracer Box Mod.

Firstly place the small connector of the USB into the charging port of your Tracer battery. You will see the larger end of the cable which need to be inserted into the Tracer provided wall charger or into a computer or any USB compatible source.

The charge indicator when connected to a chosen power source will glow red. When the red light blinks five times your Tracer battery is fully charged and ready to use.

If the tracer battery is completely flat it will take three to three and half hours to fully charge.

This is simple. Unscrew the tank from your battery. Make sure you hold the tank (with the mouthpiece) side down. You will see the base of the tank, turn the tank anti clock wise, separating it from the base, hold the stainless steel chamber on an angle and pour one of your favourite E-liquids in to the tank along the glass side.

The tracer will work best when you keep the level of E-liquid at 2ml, consistently. By doing this the tracer tank (heating element) will remain moist. This will extend the life your coil. Please, refill before the E-liquid drops below your coil in your tank.

For Maximized flavour and great vapor production, we recommend a higher V.G content for your E-liquid choice but its personal choice.

The best way to clean your tracer tank is take each single component apart. A good way to start is to take the tank off the battery. Hold your tank with the mouthpiece down, unscrew from the chamber base, by turning anti clockwise. Empty any remaining E-liquid remove coil head, simply turn anti clockwise. Once these steps are followed remove the tracer mouthpiece and rinse the individual components. (Do not Rinse the coil head) under warm water. When you can see all the E-liquid has been removed, use a cotton bud. Which will make sure it is completely clean, replace with a new coil.

This enables you to change the airflow and control how much air you take in. The great thing is that the tracer tank with its adjustable airflow, gives you more control over your vaping experience. If you have a narrow hole, you will enjoy a tighter draw with a warm vapour. The wider the air hole, the Halo Tracer gives you the experience of a looser draw, creating cooler vapor.

Firstly you need to unscrew your tracer tank from the battery. Holding your mouthpiece side down, start to unscrew the tracer base from its chamber. Once this has been done you will be able to see the coil head. To remove the coil head, unscrew from the base turning anti clockwise.
