Ecigfuture’s Shipping & Returns

Here at EcigFuture, we check all our products before we ship and take great care in how we wrap your order. If For some reason you receive goods that are faulty, ring or email us within 48hrs of receiving your goods. We will pay for shipping for the return immediately, or post a replacement or offer a refund. We are very confident in the high quality Halo E-cigarettes, but we want you to have peace of mind. If there is an issue with your product, not caused by damage or wear and tear, we will replace or refund. E-cigarettes need to be returned with original packaging and receipt.

At EcigFuture we believe a happy customer is a testimonial to doing our job well.

Ecigfuture use the Australia Post Express System. Delivery times are based on Business days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. All major and regional population centres delivery 1-4 days, Northern Territory, New Zealand and remote/regional areas delivery time will be longer allow 2-15 business days.

Ecigfuture express parcel system deliver to these areas:

• Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, NSW
• Victoria, South Australia, Queensland
• Western Australia including remote areas, Tasmania
• Northern Territory

The price of postage will be determined at checkout by using your postcode and postal address.

• You order – we post – Monday to Friday
• Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day
• Orders received above $50 will qualify for free postage
• Ecigfuture will forward your tracking number by email
